Location: Burnaby, British ColumbiaWhat you will be doing:Establishing, monitoring, and optimizing the program framework and tactical plan to implement requirements for advancing the organizations’ security posture in collaboration with the Cyber Security ProgramExecuting key workstreams for Year 2 of the program including:Finalizing the list of applications in scope for Year 2Establishing agreed to criteria that guides decision making on the appropriate landing zone for in scope applications (E.g. cloud or on-premise)Establishing the requisite landing zones for in scope applicationsAssessment and optimization of landing zones, application migration strategy and related engineering economicsDevelopment of the application migration roadmap for future yearsDevelopment of the consolidation and optimization plan for on-premise data centres in alignment with the application migration roadmap and operational driversProviding leadership in stakeholder engagement and governance forums to advance program objectives including required decision makingProviding reporting status on task and initiatives to senior executives within PHSA and to Health Authority sponsorsWhat you must have:Excellent C-Level communication skills, written and oralStrong people and networking skills, building and growing relationships with senior stakeholdersCreative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsComplex stakeholder engagement experienceProgram level knowledge on data center and Cloud (Azure, AWS) infrastructure models, plus Cloud (Azure, AWS) platformsDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize requests, manage laterally and upwardsDemonstrated ability to collect and analyze data, assess problems, and structure solutionsAbility to drive and progress with minimal direction.
