Job description: Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our client.Contract Dates: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Range: $89.22 to $106.25 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end management of the global IT software cost optimization program, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Develop detailed program plan, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, procurement, and business units, to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement solutions.
• Monitor program progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior leadership, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices in cost management.
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
• Drive change management initiatives to support the adoption and sustainability of cost optimization measures.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on IT or technology-related programs
• Proven experience in managing large-scale, global projects or programs, preferably involving cost optimization or efficiency improvement
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstream and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with IT financial management, vendor management, and contract negotiation
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in technical fields such as computer science, computer engineering, and PMP or PMI certification preferred
