Job description: Job SummaryInnovations for Poverty Action (IPA) is a global research and policy nonprofit that discovers and promotes effective solutions to global poverty problems. The Climate and Environment Program (CEP) is IPA’s newly launched sector program. CEP aims to bring together policymakers, practitioners, and researchers to advance a strategic research and policy agenda focused on solutions that simultaneously improve poor communities’ welfare while adapting to climate change, reducing emissions, and protecting our environment.The Program Manager will work directly with the Program Director and play a leading role in developing and implementing CEP, including supporting overall program management, project and network development, communications, among other functions. The role also involves working collaboratively with researchers, country offices, and other teams across IPA.ResponsibilitiesProject development, knowledge management, and internal coordination

We are offering the following salary ranges for this position:For US-based employees, the starting annual gross salary is $80,000 with a maximum of $100,000The salary for locations outside of the US will vary depending on IPA’s salary scale ranges for that specific location.Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location.About IPAInnovations for Poverty Action (IPA) is a research and policy nonprofit that discovers and advances what works to improve the lives of people living in poverty. Since its founding in 2002, IPA has worked with over 600 leading academics to conduct over 1,000 evaluations in 52 countries.
