Job description: Job Description:Role Purpose:Support the development and implementation of data and analytics strategies to drive business performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage data pipelines, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights. Contribute to the development of dashboards, models, and reports to support data-driven decision-making. Be the single source of truth for reporting and analysis across all consumer business unit, CVM and retention campaign analysis, growth analysis and metrics reporting across all portfolios in consumer business.

- Experience: 7 years of experience
Key Accountabilities
- Support the development of models for forecasting and prediction.
- Support change initiatives involving new analytics tools or strategies.
- Work with internal teams to align analytics with business strategy.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance data operations.
- Contribute to the development and management of data governance frameworks.
- Manage data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting systems effectively.
- Execute data strategies aligned with business needs and operational goals.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for effective data visualization.
- Monitor KPIs and key metrics to assess business performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot data-related issues proactively.
- Prepare reports and insights for management and key stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to team members on data tools and methodologies.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners for data integration.
