Job description: Job Description:Role Purpose:To support billing and collection operations by monitoring collection activities and ensuring timely and accurate billing for consumer accounts. The role focuses on credit risk assessment, addressing billing queries, and collaborating with relevant departments to achieve high customer satisfaction. It ensures efficient billing processes to maintain collection standards in alignment with divisional objectives.Position Information

• Experience: 7 years of experience

Key Accountabilities

• Analyze delinquent accounts and prepare monthly provisions for uncollectable accounts.
• Ensure high levels of accuracy in pre- and post-paid bills for fixed, mobile, and internet services.
• Monitor credit and cash collection activities through various channels including banks and billing kiosks.
• Process credit adjustment requests ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Address complex billing queries and complaints, escalating when needed for timely resolution.
• Adhere to established billing and collection policies, including risk management and credit controls.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on billing and collection performance.
• Monitor revenue leakage, identify fraud, and escalate issues with appropriate discretion.
• Conduct routine financial analysis to assess credit risk and payment trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners for billing reconciliation and operational support.
