Qualifications you’ll bring:

  • BA/BS degree or the equivalent amount of education and directly related experience
  • Two years of experience in vendor management or related field, preferred
  • The availability to work [full-time, part-time, on-site, virtual, hybrid, any travel requirements]
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with vendor management software and tools
  • Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth

Your key responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor contracts, including negotiation and renewals
  • Develop and implement vendor management policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve vendor-related issues
  • Conduct vendor risk assessments and monitor compliance with company standards
  • Monitor vendor performance and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Lead vendor performance improvement initiatives
  • Support resolution of vendor activities, inquiries, issues, and escalations
  • Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
