• Diploma Candidates with Good experience 7 to 10 years PU/PIR/Rockwool Sandwich Panel Manufacturing company in India / Gulf Experience preferable.
• Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Good Verbal & written communication skills in English with problem solving.
• Good knowledge of MS-Office.

Responsibilities:A production supervisor typically oversees daily operations, manages personnel, ensures quality control, and improves efficiency in production processes. • Oversee daily production activities to ensure targets are met.
• Monitor and improve production performance to maximize output and minimize waste.
• Manage production team, including training, scheduling, and addressing any performance issues.
• Implement and enforce safety standards to ensure a safe work environment.
• Ensure product quality standards are consistently met.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and coordinate with supply chain teams.
• Prepare and submit production reports, including performance metrics
