🏢 Industry: Steel Processing, Lean Manufacturing, Smart ProductionJob Responsibilities:Work in an advanced manufacturing environment utilizing AI and automation technologies to enhance production efficiency.Familiar with Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) and smart monitoring systems to ensure stable operations and support predictive maintenance.Provide accurate product documentation, training materials, and production procedures to frontline supervisors and workers, ensuring proper use of technology.Optimize processing techniques to maintain and improve existing manufacturing processes while leveraging smart technologies for higher efficiency and quality control.Investigate and propose equipment automation improvements to increase productivity and reduce labor costs.Supervise and analyze existing and proposed production processes, applying AI and data-driven insights to optimize safety and efficiency.Communicate production workflow changes with supervisors and employees, utilizing smart monitoring systems to track performance and resolve production issues efficiently.Experience in large-scale steel processing factories in China preferred, with knowledge of AI and automation technologies in rebar cutting and bending operations.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in large-scale steel processing factories in China.Background in Lean Production (Lean Manufacturing), with practical experience in automation-driven smart manufacturing.Knowledge of smart production systems, IIOT, and automated processing equipment, but not required to develop AI technology.Strong data analysis skills, capable of utilizing tools to optimize manufacturing processes.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with production teams.Familiarity with steel processing equipment, such as rebar cutting machines, rebar bending machines, and stirrup bending machines, with experience in smart production settings.
