Your Role: .These areas can be worked into. We do not expect the new hire to be able to perform all of these at the onset. Day-to-day tasks could include some or all of the below: Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns and needs Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call Track customer in a support ticketing system by following the issue until completion Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller Help take the customer through the onboarding process this includes training, website setup (think template), and consultation, all the while promoting the product and being able to see where our services can be best utilized for each client Schedule and hold online training Do appointment reminder phone calls, emails, and text Do appointment follow-ups and reschedules Help clients with website changes and additions Answer support emails and chat Create short video training, webinars, and loom videos Create and modify help articles Make past-due billing calls (this can be worked up to) Build out websites (think templates) and landing pages Create marketing material (think templates) Assist in special projects and other business needs Software testing for fixes and updates – when applicable About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
