Job description: Job Description:The RoleThis role in the Product Strategy team at Fidelity Digital Assets will be focused defining of business and product strategy as well as overseeing its execution through delivery of new, innovative products. Focus will be on advancing of our platform capabilities and designing new products for our global institutional client base. This role requires a highly skilled leader with a passion for digital assets, markets, and financial services products.Expertise and Skills you bringMinimum of 8-12 years of experience in financial services, preferably with product management or strategy experienceDevelop and refine product roadmap through your interpretation of market needs, informed by collaboration with clients and other internal or external stakeholdersDevelop business cases for new product offerings, including considerations for commercial value, operations and technology requirements, and compliance with regulationsDesign new products to meet the needs of our customers now and in the futureUnderstand the market and underlying technology, helping Fidelity anticipate future needs of our broad client baseInteract directly with our clients, as well as our internal business partners across technology, risk, compliance, legal, operations and service teams to drive strategic initiativesCollaborate across the firm, identifying opportunities for collaboration and influencing the enterprise’s digital assets strategyDeep understanding of how capital markets function including market structure, key operational functions, and regulatory constructsDemonstrated passion for and knowledge of digital assets and blockchain technologyExperience in leading product concepts from incubation through to productionCommercial mindset and understanding of financial concepts; ability to develop quantitative analysis to support product and other investment proposalsStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to influence even when holding a position contrary to the majorityThe TeamFidelity Digital Assets℠ offers a full-service enterprise-grade platform for securing, trading and supporting digital assets, such as bitcoin and ether.
