If you are external and apply, your application will not be considered at this time.The Product & Service Programme Performance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of sustainability services, products, and strategic projects across a major contract.Collaborating with subject matter experts and senior leadership, you will ensure resources are effectively allocated from bid stage through to mobilisation and operational performance.Job DescriptionYou will track, analyse, and report on decarbonisation, circularity, social, and environmental initiatives, ensuring they align with ISS and client objectives, key performance indicators, and financial targets.By identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices, you will enhance overall performance.Additionally, you will support the Head of Function in developing new sustainability products and refining existing ones, contributing to the continuous evolution of the sustainability value proposition.This is a fantastic opportunity to drive meaningful change within a high-profile contract while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality delivery of multiple sustainability services & products to agreed contract specifications
• Develop and implement effective reporting and analysis tools to ensure that the delivery of all sustainability products and services is to contract scope, within the agreed milestones and budget, and are delivering to revenue and margin targets
• Ensure suitable strategies are agreed and implemented if delivery of products and services become off track
• Support the creation of standardised processes and templates to monitor the performance of sustainability services and products across all sectors
• Identify and manage risk associated with the delivery of the range of sustainability products and services within the contract, highlighting any business wide and/or critical risks/issues to the Head of function
• Liaise with, and co-ordinate task management activity from, internal and external project SME and resources across UK&I, group, customers and suppliers to successfully deliver service and product outcomes
• Support the data Governance Manager to ensure appropriate data management systems and processes are in use and highlight any data or system issues
• Work with the head of function, SME’s and local operations teams to design, develop, test and evidence the benefits of new sustainability products and services including ensuring commercial viability
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate progress, benefits and outcomes of ISS sustainability services and products in line with the value proposition priorities

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Experience in managing complex multi disciplinary sustainability projects, working across business functions with colleagues, customer and suppliers at various levels of seniority
• Experience of working across a matrix organisation with complex RACI and stakeholder groups to manage (including at a group level), and ability to challenge when needed
• Worked within a fast-paced environment with multiple competing services and products, alongside changing business priorities with the ability to prioritise these
• Ability to use data and other metrics to inform the effectiveness of product and service performance
• Flexibility to be able to adapt product and service delivery in line with changing regulations and standards
