Job description: Product Owner, Supply Chain PlanningWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Owner for Supply Chain Planning to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and communicating the product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring alignment with business goals for our global supply chain planning product (demand & supply planning).You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that enhance user satisfaction and drive business success across nearly all of our markets around the globe.What You’ll Be Doing

• Vision and Strategy: Defining and communicating how the present and future product vision and strategy is best aligned with business objectives.
• Product solution alignment and BAU ownership: Fitting for purpose ongoing alignment in close alignment with Business Functional owner / GPO
• Backlog Management: Creating, prioritizing, and maintaining the product backlog, ensuring it reflects stakeholder needs and business value.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring their needs are met.
• User Stories Development: Writing clear and actionable user stories that guide the IT development team to deliver a clear technical specification
• Sprint Planning: Participating in sprint planning meetings to help both development and deployment team to understand priorities and objectives.
• Acceptance Criteria: Defining acceptance criteria for user stories and ensuring they are met before release.
• Performance Monitoring: Analysing product performance metrics and user feedback to inform future iterations.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborating with business use case / requirement owners, as well the IT design, development, and the and project Roll out teams to ensure cohesive product development.
• Market Research: Staying updated on industry trends and competitor products to inform product decisions.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

What we’re looking forTo be successful in this role, we imagine that you possess:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile environments.
• Strong and general understanding of Supply chain process and digitalisation (Planing, logistic, Manufactoring and Procurement)
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English
• Analytical mindset with the ability to ensure and develop a strong Data driven culture and approach
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams).
• Experience with product roadmap tools and analytics software (e.g., Power BI).
• CPG or FMCG supply chain experience is a plus.
