If so, we invite you to explore an exciting opportunity as a Product Manager for Stock Plan Services within our dynamic organisation!This is a permanent role in Dublin.Position Overview:As the Stock Plan Services (SPS) Squad Leader, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating stock plan transactions on our modernised platform, ensuring seamless integration with brokerage technology. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional experiences for our key stakeholders, including operational associates, plan participants, and corporate clients.What You’ll Do:

• Define and Communicate Vision: Establish and share your team’s mission to empower squad members and garner support from business partners.
• Client-Centric Approach: Anticipate, discover, and prioritise client needs, serving as the voice of the client in guiding squad execution.
• Performance Measurement: utilise critical metrics to measure performance and achieve business, technology, and people results.
• Progress Evaluation: Inspect and evaluate progress, removing impediments to ensure your squad stays on track.
• Informed Decision-Making: Make balanced trade-off decisions between quality, cost, and timelines to maintain project integrity.

Your Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in product management, systems development, or project management.
• Familiarity with brokerage and institutional technology is preferred.
• Knowledge of stock plans and financial services is a plus.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Agile experience will be beneficial.
• A data-driven approach to understanding client needs, translating strategic goals into actionable plans.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and a collaborative spirit that energises your team.
• The ability to lead, influence, and motivate colleagues without formal authority, creating a high-performing environment.
• Intellectual curiosity that fosters a culture of learning and coaching.
