Whilst the major banks leverage this capability for their consumer and business clients, our B2B model focuses on enabling other banks, fintech’s and corporates to deliver innovative and competitive payment and digital solutions to their clients and customers.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Product Manager to join our Shared Servies Domain, specifically to look at disputes processing management through the lens of a product rather than a processing function.Shared Services refers to the domain within our Product Division that has business ownership and accountability for the shared assets and applications. As the link between other product domains, we are here to both support the other product domains with their strategies and roadmaps but also to add value to Cuscal and our clients through the introduction and management of our own products.About the Role:Assist in defining the strategy for the future direction of disputes management within CuscalDesign propositions that will continue to add value and relevance to Cuscal and our clients.Provide recommendations, options and solutions in line with product roadmaps for new and enhanced features to both new and existing products and services.Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the vision of the products and services are achieved.Craft and maintain documents and other artefacts associated with Shared Services products and services that ensures they are clear and digestible as they will be a resource used by both internally across other domains and with our clients.Manage as required, a selection of vendors who provide the applications and services that underpin Shared Services functions.Ensure that there are clearly defined product requirements, SLAs aligned to market needs, pricing models and distribution channels.Manage the integration of new product development or product change into existing processes.Evaluate product competitiveness to enhance business impact and product profitability.Ensure that all products, services, and activities are compliant with all forms of regulation, legislation and/or policies.Understand the relationship between Shared Services, our clients and the other product domains and where Shared Services becomes involved.Monitor projects to provide recommendations and solutions in line with product roadmaps.Develop, prepare, and deliver presentations or communications on products and services to clients and other interested parties to assist in the education process and marketing of Cuscal’s products.Stay up to date on industry trends and new developments in payments technology to help improve payment processing efficiency.About You:Experience in the Australian payments landscape, specifically, the management of disputes processing.At least 3 years’ demonstrated experience in product management including demonstrated experience in development and execution of product management tactics.A desire to walk in the shoes of our clients as you identify areas to add value and drive these to conclusion.Join us at the forefront of paymentsWhy Cuscal?
