An exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development, management, and optimisation of a leasing product suite within the financial services sector. This role combines strategic ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong focus on customer-centric solutions in a regulated environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy aligned with business growth objectives

• Lead product development from ideation through to launch

• Conduct market research to shape competitive product propositions

• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, sales, marketing, IT, and compliance

• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements

• Ensure regulatory compliance and support cross-product innovation

• Act as product SME in change and project initiatives

Requirements:

• QFA qualification (or APA working towards QFA)

• Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills

• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in financial services
