Job description: As the Product Manager, you will lead a team of product owners responsible for the design and delivery of initiatives that will enhance the customer experience, deliver on commercial objectives, improve operating efficiency and reduce operating costs across the business.To be successful in this role, you need 4+ years experience in the product management space with in depth experience in agile development methodologies.Ideally you have experience leading teams as you will also coach and mentor a team of product owners to deliver on our ambition of a best-in-class customer experience.Furthermore, we’re looking for:

• Systematic/process-oriented thinking (lean operations, project management, etc.)
• Ability to influence others
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills
• Strong self-awareness, and a capacity to reflect on own practice and to learn from mistakes
• Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
• Data driven with a high level of analytical, technical and interpretive skills
