What is the Role:The Mortgage Product Management Team oversees the entire end-to-end lifecycle of mortgage products across our Group brands: AIB, AIB UK, EBS, and Haven. This includes everything from product development and third-party management to regulatory engagement, product reviews, assurance, and complaint oversight.As part of this team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our mortgage products meet customer needs, comply with regulatory standards, and remain competitive in the dynamic Irish and UK mortgage markets.Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the management of the Group’s suite of Mortgage products ensuring they meet customer needs, are compliant with their regulatory requirements and compete in the Irish and UK Mortgage Markets
  • Support the delivery of an extensive product development roadmap within defined timelines and budget.
  • Support the Mortgage business in delivering change (system and/or process change) in a robust and structured manner whilst adhering to relevant Group policies and processes, and particularly those relating to Risk and Compliance
  • Collaborate across AIB Group, providing subject matter expertise to support key programmes and business areas across the bank.
  • Work with colleagues, other teams and internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems, customer pain points, identify potential opportunities and escalates accordingly.
  • Champion a Customer First culture in support of our Purpose, strategic ambition, and Brand Values, by ensuring processes and procedures consistently promote good outcomes for all our customers.

What you Will Bring:

  • Strong written and verbal communications with experience in influencing and managing stakeholders.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners.
  • Experience of supporting projects to challenging timelines.
  • Knowledge of the Irish Mortgage market and an understanding of the mortgage regulatory environment would be advantageous.
