- Identify and prioritize high-growth opportunities for Group’s products across industries and geographies.
- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to acquire, engage, and retain customers.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
Product Optimization & Experimentation
- Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and engagement metrics to uncover growth levers.
- Lead A/B testing, pricing experiments, and feature adoption campaigns to optimize product performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing to design and execute targeted acquisition campaigns.
- Support Sales & Partnerships with product-led growth strategies to drive enterprise adoption.
- Work with Data & Analytics to track KPIs and refine growth models.
Customer & Competitive Insights
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and whitespace opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product roadmap and positioning.
Training & Policy Development
- Create crypto-specific compliance guidelines for Product teams.
- Conduct training sessions on emerging regulations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in product growth, growth marketing, or product management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization.
- Proven track record of scaling products, driving adoption, and increasing revenue.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and experimentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
