Job description: Job Description Owns the product vision and lead execution with the end goal of scaling and generating revenue. Identifies needed resources to support product growth and customer-based growth and work with key partners for mobilization. Rallies the value stream team and key partners to work together towards the realization of the product vision. Works closely with BM to ensure that product vision is supported by strong market and data analysis and is aligned with the overall growth strategy and customer needs. Manages process and CX design to identify competitive landscape, inefficiencies and customer pain points. Manages product lifecycle and identify potential partnerships to achieve growth results. Manages Product Backlog by mapping out project and team dependencies, creates a list of backlog items and prioritize it based on overall strategy. Evaluates product readiness, inspects and test t he product through each iteration. Manages product maintenance and continuous improvement for legacy and launched products Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in, Management-, Business-, Engineering- related fields are preferred. Demonstrates strong customer focus and initiative to improve customer experience. Has experience in creating product roadmap. Highly analytical; can navigate through complex data & tech landscape, and stakeholder network. Has experience utilizing data analytics to track product goals. Demonstrates creative, imaginative, innovative thinking, and transformational leadership
