Job description: Our client, a growing leader in the property insurance services sector, is looking for a Product Coordinator to join their team in Calgary to support clients displaced by property damage. In this role, you’ll arrange long-term housing solutions by managing bookings, negotiating lease terms, and working with property vendors. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service while following legal and policy guidelines.Responsibilities:

• Source and book suitable accommodations for clients based on policy guidelines and individual needs
• Negotiate lease terms and secure favorable conditions with property vendors
• Prepare and manage leases, contracts, and payment documentation
• Address client concerns and coordinate resolutions with vendors or internal teams
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM for billing and reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in Arts, Science, English, or History is considered an asset but not required.
• 1–2 years of experience in service-based industries such as hospitality, real estate, or tourism is highly preferred.
• Experience in conflict resolution and customer relationship management is an asset.
• Familiarity with revenue management strategies or lease negotiations is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using CRM platforms and internal systems.
• Able to prepare legally compliant contracts and documentation with attention to detail and accuracy.
