Job description: POSITION PURPOSEThe Procurement Supplier Relationship & Risks Manager will play a critical role in driving procurement efficiency, supplier management, strategic procurement excellence, risk planning, and procurement intelligence at Zentiva. This role ensures the continuous improvement of procurement processes, strengthens supplier relationships, and enhances compliance with industry standards. Additionally, the role includes driving digitalization, optimizing sourcing strategies, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration across sites.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES1. Risk Management & Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement what-if risk scenarios to enhance business continuity.
• Finalize and execute the China+1 sourcing strategy to diversify Zentiva’s supply base.
• Lead weekly site procurement risk calls, escalating critical issues as needed.
• Provide procurement inputs for the Global Supply Review process.

2. Data-Driven Procurement & Market Intelligence

• Deliver structured quarterly updates on commodity prices and market trends.
• Track and share insights on key commodities and real-time market intelligence.
• Drive market sensing activities and deliver actionable insights to the team.

3. Supplier Collaboration & Relationship Management

• Ensure quarterly forecasts are shared with suppliers and oversee monthly PR allocation.
• Own and manage periodic supplier ratings and evaluations.
• Organize the annual supplier summit to foster strategic partnerships.
• Refresh supplier categorization biannually in collaboration with buyers.

4. Process Excellence & Compliance

• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in procurement processes and systems (e.g., SAP workflows, DoAs).
• Monitor global procurement compliance and support audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Finance to optimize Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Coordinate with Legal on templates, GTCs, contracts, and SLAs.

5. Strategic Projects & Event Coordination

• Lead procurement’s role in key events like DCAT, CPHI Europe, and ASM.
• Prepare and present Monthly Business Review (MBR) procurement projects.
• Align and coordinate procurement forecasts across all sites.
• Manage strategic procurement projects from planning to execution.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, project coordination, or supplier management.
• Strong expertise in data analysis, dashboard creation (Excel, Power BI), and procurement tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and digital procurement solutions.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• English proficiency to effectively communicate in a multinational environment.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional, and geographically dispersed environment.
