Job description: Tasks that await meYour main tasks in this role are:

  • As a Procurement Specialist – Real Estate (f/m/d) you’ll support in the planning, implementation and optimisation of critical projects and procurement initiatives
  • You’ll be responsible for handling tasks including research, preparation and follow-up of contract negotiations
  • You’ll conduct research pro-actively and independently within your area of responsibility
  • You are excited by the task of collaborating with international suppliers and all ALDI SOUTH countries worldwide
  • As part of your role, you’ll maintain and control records according to deadlines and ensure that information in all systems is updated and accurate at all times
  • You’ll be the contact person for developing existing and building new supplier relationships
  • You’ll investigate and document existing business processes and propose overarching strategies
  • You’ll draft and edit contracts and presentation documents

Your profileThe requirements of the role include:

  • You have several years of professional experience in procurement
  • You have completed your university degree or commercial training
  • You have experience in tendering and contracting processes within SAP Ariba as well as working with external suppliers and consultants
  • MS Office is one of your professional core competencies, and ideally you are also familiar with SAP Ariba or SAP HANA
  • You are fluent in the English language and ideally you have knowledge of German
  • A detail oriented and a methodical approach to delivering Projects describes your working style
  • An independent, reliable, co-operative and results driven way of working is a matter of course for you
