You will be responsible for managing and administering contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions, and addressing any discrepancies with suppliers.Your other responsibilities will be:

Additionally, expertise in supplier relationship management is essential for this role.About the departmentThe Procurement Analyst position falls under the Business Support department, which plays a crucial role within Novo Nordisk. This department consists of a dedicated team of four members plus a manager, and it reports directly to the Director of Business Support. The Procurement, Logistics & Planning Manager is heavily involved in overseeing procurement operations, particularly focused on strategic procurement, while currently, one team member is dedicated to operational procurement activities. We aim to shift some of this strategic responsibility to the Procurement Analyst role to create a more balanced approach.Recognizing the strategic importance of procurement, we aim to evolve this role to include a greater focus on strategic decision-making related to supplier selection. The procurement department not only provides essential support across the organization but also wields significant decision-making authority in supplier selection processes.
