Job description: We are looking for a proactive procurement specialist with expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation to drive cost-efficiency and ensure reliable supply. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage procurement processes from planning through delivery, collaborating across departments to meet company goals and operational needs.Responsibilities:

• Create and execute procurement plans aligned with company goals and budgets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing.
• Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure advantageous terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage vendor relationships for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Oversee the procurement process from requisition to delivery.
• Track and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock without overstocking.
• Coordinate with internal teams to assess and forecast inventory needs.
• Reconcile inventory records regularly and manage the disposal or sale of obsolete stock.
• Collaborate with auditors to facilitate procurement audits and address any findings.
• Identify potential procurement risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and documentation.
• Prepare and present procurement reports to management.
• Work with various departments to understand their procurement needs and provide solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet operational requirements.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement or related fields, with effective communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable supplier terms.
• Proficient in data analysis and resolving procurement challenges strategically.
• Solid understanding of financial principles, ensuring accurate records and budget management.
• Experienced in supplier management and knowledgeable about procurement regulations.
• Highly organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple tasks, including event coordination, in a dynamic environment.
