• Responsible for sourcing activity including the preparation of RFQ/ RFP
• Monitoring & enforcing the company’s procurement policies & procedures to ensure the supplier/ vendor is in compliance with applicable regulations & laws and internal company’s policies
• Maintaining accurate records control; assist to manage and handling documentation for ISO Audits
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers; Develop and implement systems to monitor vendor performance;
• Preparing quarterly saving report for HQ review.
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned by the management;

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certificate holder in Procurement / Purchasing or related disciplines
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Have a valid Construction Safety (Green Card) Certificate is an advantage

Additional Information:Requirements:

• Min 2 years or above site or relevant experiences
• Knowledge of supply chain procedures
• Self-motivated, strong problem-solving capability with good sense of critical thinking and analytical mind
