The Procurement Officer reports to the Director of Procurement.As Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:Responsible for the sourcing of F&B & Non-F&B products and servicesProceed purchasing processes, supply chain management, contract negotiation, market trend evaluation and supplier performance managementManage and develop Tender/RFI/RFQFocus on quality, service delivery and competitive priceAs Procurement Officer, we expect from you:A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in high volume purchasing (hospitality or hotel food and beverage purchasing experience would be seen as an advantage)High level of tertiary education or professional training (CIEH Level 3 in HACCP and Food Safety)Systems / PC skills (knowledge of MBT procurement system an advantage)Proven negotiation skills and strong analytical skillsExcellent communication skills both internally with operational departments and external suppliersProven RFI, RFP or RFQ for information analysisIndependent and able to work under pressureOur commitment to youLearning & Development.
