Job description: Level 3, HKIA Tower 2, 15 Cheong Tat Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau, Hong KongThe Aviation Security Company Ltd. is a subsidiary of the Airport Authority, Hong Kong and committed to providing the highest standards of aviation security at the Hong Kong International Airport.Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct procurement including purchase requisitions, quotation, purchase order, tendering and contract award in accordance with the procurement manual;
• Maintain comprehensive procurement records;
• Monitor and ensure efficient ordering and delivery of goods to users;
• Ensure the quality of goods/services and delivery on time;
• Monitor supplier’s performance and conduct relevant surveys;
• Report to Senior Procurement Officer; and
• Perform any other duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Preferably degree holder in procurement / business or related disciplines;
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in procurement;
• Preferably with experience in handling invoices and orders follow-up;
• Preferably with experience in execute and review the quality control for goods receipt;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good team spirit and ability to work under pressure;
• Knowledge of SAP system is a preference;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and
• Good command of Chinese and English.
