Greater consideration will be given to suitable applicants, in order to improve access to employment and career opportunities (GSE Rule 26).What you’ll be doingSupport the implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation of a range of projects and contracts that contribute to the achievement of strategic and operational objectives for the Institute. The focus includes provision of procurement and contracts governance advice and support to across different Divisions and assistance with capital planning and assets management.Remuneration/BenefitsIn addition to base salary:

• 11.5% superannuation

• 4 weeks annual leave (plus 17.5% leave loading)

• 10 days sick leave

• 40 hours per week which include accrual of monthly Allocated Day Off (ADO) x 12 per year.

Essential requirements

• Demonstrated procurement and/or contract management experience.
• Demonstrated project management experience and the application of project management principles and techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver and meet project objectives and requirements.
• The ability to resolve problems in a complex operation environment.

• Describe your experience and achievements in managing complex and/or high value procurement in a public or government organisation. Include examples and details of the outcomes that resulted from your contribution.
