Your responsibilities will include:

• Using IPA/RPA technology to offer innovative solutions in various departments of KBC. You will analyze cases and optimize & automate the selected processes.
• Guiding the business in all facets of implementation and following the IPA/RPA lifecycle (similar to the lifecycle of an IT solution).
• Writing Business Requirement documentation that the developer uses for the development of the robot. You will understand the business needs sufficiently and view their process as end-to-end as possible.
• Guiding the developer and testing the robot together with the business. After the testing phase, and when the customer is satisfied with the delivered result, you will make the robot available to the end-users and introduce them to their new digital colleague.
• Assisting the internal customer in monitoring the proper functioning of the software robot to evaluate whether it meets the predetermined expectations. Any adjustments will be discussed with the internal customer. It is important to maintain a balance between costs, benefits, and necessity.
• Executing IPA/RPA implementation projects while considering the predetermined deadlines.
• Incident management.
• Determining your own planning and workload estimation and reporting this to your scrum master.

Your strengths?

• Strong in business analysis and excels with your reasoning skills
• Strong communication skills with both end-users and developers
• Capable of independently delivering IPA/RPA projects from start to finish
• Professional in dealing with (internal) customers. Listening and concretizing the needs of the business.
• Experience with application management/user acceptance testing from a previous EUC and/or ICT role
• Willingness to discover new processes and applications and share the acquired knowledge with the team
• Knowledge of UiPath, Databases, SQL, Mainframe applications are plus points
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
