The company is values-driven and fosters a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.About the RoleAs a Process Engineer, you’ll take ownership of improving manufacturing processes, supporting new product development, and driving efficiency on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge equipment while supporting sustainable, performance-focused innovation.Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse, troubleshoot, and optimise continuous manufacturing processes
  • Implement process improvements to enhance output, quality, and cost-efficiency
  • Support scale-up and trials for new product development in collaboration with R&D and quality teams
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation (SOPs, PFDs, process reports)
  • Lead or support equipment commissioning and upgrades
  • Partner with operations to ensure processes meet safety and regulatory standards
  • Contribute to sustainability targets through waste reduction and energy efficiency projects

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree-qualified in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in a manufacturing or continuous processing environment (e.g. FMCG, textiles, paper, packaging)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on mindset
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style
