Process Improvement & Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements using WCM practices to enhance efficiency, standardize operations, and reduce waste, aligning with strategic objectives.2. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to collaboratively design and implement process improvements while ensuring alignment with supply chain and WCM goals.3. Continuous Improvement & Education: Lead Kaizen, Lean, or WCM events, educate and support teams to transition to new processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.4. Tracking & Reporting Performance: Establish KPIs to track the success of process improvements, conduct audits, and use root cause analysis to address issues and implement corrective actions.5. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation of process changes, share best practices, and contribute to a Zero Harm environment while adhering to WHSE standards.This position is full time, permanent contract.What you bring to the role
