Job description: Realtime Recruitment is seeking a skilled Process Improvement specialist for a permanent position based in North Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a background in Business Analyst/Product Owner positions and encompasses analyzing processes, driving efficiency, and fostering a culture of ongoing innovation and optimization across the organization.Your RoleDefine and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) frameworks and oversee their application within CI tracks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver and sustain CI initiatives using a business-partner approach.
Lead short and medium-term process improvement plans while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Provide coaching and skill-building for CI champions to embed CI practices within teams.
Advocate for cultural change by sharing success stories, conducting workshops, and supporting CI adoption.Key RequirementsProven expertise in Lean Six Sigma and experience leading operational change.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and partners.
Demonstrated ability to drive cultural and process transformation in a complex organization.
Excellent coaching skills and the ability to upskill teams in CI methods and tools.
Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and commercial awareness to thrive in dynamic environments.
Experience liaising with 3rd party providers.
Certifications: Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt), PMP, or Agile.
Tools: Minitab, JMP, Jira, or other process improvement software.What’s on OfferGenerous leave, pension, and bonus schemes.
