Learn more at .Job DescriptionYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:Activities may include, but are not limited to:Providing technical support to the site operations including optimizing the manufacturing processes including the production cost reduction, scrap and set-up time.Focusing on initiatives that improve productivity and support quality enhancements, while increasing throughput production capabilities and efficienciesSolving process issues associated with process equipment and/or product performanceSupporting safety initiatives, programs and daily requirementsSupporting Marketing and Product Development/BO teams during new product communicationsLead cost-out initiatives on specific products to lower cost by maintaining the same level of quality, thus improving margins on the productsConducting process and equipment evaluations and develop operating parametersDeveloping and maintaining a network of reputable vendors/suppliers and drive facility-wide continuous improvement initiativesConducting process optimization DOE’s in order to increase line speeds, decrease changeover times, and improve product yieldsProviding leadership for production by creating a motivating environment for team members to meet and exceed facility goals for safety, service, quality, productivity, cost, and inventory control targetsCollaborating and partnering with technical and support resources in resolving problems and developing improved manufacturing and support processes through lean sigma toolsParticipating in investigation and implementation of corrective action plansQualificationsWHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering with 2-4 years of experience.Strong quantitative, analytical capability, and statistical analysis skills with a data driven focusAttention to detail & organizational skillsAdditional InformationAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status or other protected status.
