You will lead and manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction. This role requires strong stakeholder management, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on involvement in process design and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients while leading consultancy projects.
• Provide expert process engineering services, ensuring high-quality designs and innovative solutions.
• Oversee and coordinate design activities, installation work, and contractor interactions for project efficiency.
• Manage project scope, budget, and timelines while assessing cost implications and negotiating variations.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, supporting business planning and quality assurance efforts.

What You Bring:

• Degree qualification in Chemical Process, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
• Extensive experience in the dairy/food sector.
• Strong process engineering skills with knowledge of relevant design codes and procedures.
• Proven ability to develop innovative solutions and manage complex projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
