We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Process Business Analyst to join a dynamic operations-focused transformation program. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 3-5 years’ experience looking to build on their BA skills in a supportive, fast-paced banking environment.

• Analyse and document current state (AS-IS) operational processes
• Assist in designing and documenting future state (TO-BE) processes and workflows
• Engage with operations and business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify pain points
• Support process improvement initiatives across risk, compliance, and customer operations
• Work closely with senior BAs, project managers, and SMEs to drive continuous improvement
• Maintain process documentation and support implementation planning

• 3-5 years’ experience as a Process Business Analyst or Process Analyst
• Exposure to banking or financial services operations (e.g. contact centres, processing teams, customer service)
• Strong understanding of operational processes and service delivery
• Working knowledge of process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills
• Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
