Join the automation team at B&R- a member of the ABB Group.This position reports toHead of Quality & OpEx ManagementYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you play a crucial role in overseeing the automation of business processes using advanced technologies like Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML). You will develop and implement the automation strategy and support the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy at a global organizational level. You will be responsible for identifying automation opportunities, establishing automation goals, and overseeing the development of automation systems. Each day, you will mentor and coach teams globally to achieve operational excellence. You will also showcase your expertise by leading projects to improve and sustain business performance. You will be mainly accountable for: • Analyzing processes in close collaboration with the business to identify and assess automation opportunities and evaluate return on investment for a prioritized pipeline. • Scoping, designing, and managing projects including project documentation, collaborating with automation developers and managing the full lifecycle of automation projects. • Promoting awareness and commitment regarding continuous improvement at the management level across the organization. • Monitoring of performance of automation solutions and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. • Providing training support by developing and maintaining training modules and toolkits aligned with business needs in collaboration with management and Continuous Improvement teams at the global level. • Developing automation standards, policies, and procedures in collaboration with ITQualifications for the role

• Master degree in Business Management, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in process automation or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of intelligent automation, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in project management and good organizational skills.
• Proficiency in ERP software.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
