- Develop and implement strategies to provide world-class experiences for Privilege account holders.
Grow Financial Portfolio
- Formulate and execute sales strategies to expand the branchs current and savings account portfolio.
Client Prospecting
- Continuously analyze the branchs 3 km vicinity to identify and acquire new clients.
Relationship Cultivation
- Serve and deepen relationships within the assigned client portfolio to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
Cross-Selling Expertise
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to position the branch as a one-stop shop for all client banking needs.
Competitive Excellence
- Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors to deliver superior service and outshine the competition.
Client Issue Resolution
- Dynamically address and resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain a seamless Privilege experience.
Compliance and Controls
- Adhere to and implement KYC policies and anti-money laundering regulations in alignment with bank and regulatory standards.
Team Collaboration
- Support the Branch Manager and colleagues to achieve the branch’s Privilege Banking success.
Continuous Learning and Innovation
- Stay updated on industry best practices and engage in creative thinking to elevate the Privilege Banking experience.
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate from a recognized university (preferably a Master’s degree in Business or a related field).
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of privilege banking experience. Exceptional candidates with a proven track record may also be considered.
Behavioral Competencies:
- High integrity, confidence, excellent communication skills (English/Urdu, written and spoken), analytical mindset, energy, positivity, teamwork, and relationship management expertise.
Additional Information
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
