Expect every day to be different – assist a client with their complex income tax compliance on one day and work on complex tax advice on another. Be part of a high-performing and fast-growing team that really love what they do and be mentored by some of the best in this field.About our teamOur Private Tax team is focused on providing expert tax advice and services to a diverse range of complex private groups, listed companies, multinational groups and private equity. We work collaboratively as a team to advise on corporate and international tax transactions, M&A transactions and restructures. Our priority is to bring an integrated approach and a strong client centric focus to help advise, support, and solve the most complex tax and advisory challenges.Enough about us, let’s talk about you.We’re looking for someone with:

• Prior experience at a Big 4, mid-tier professional or accounting services firm or relevant in-house expertise specialising in taxation
• Has had exposure to large private groups, multinational companies and private equity
• The ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Proven leadership experience and willingness to help drive growth
• The ability to project manage and deliver multiple client engagements
• A strong sense of team and a desire to manage, coach and mentor upcoming talent
