Employment Opportunity:
Seeking a Surveillance Case Coordinator to work at our headquarters in Fort Lauderdale. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of surveillance field experience. Looking for a team-player who doesn’t get easily overwhelmed. Great opportunity for someone with leadership skills, good work ethic, and desire to advance as the company grows.Responsibilities:

• Process case assignments from clients via email, phone, or online portal
• Conduct pre-surveillance research (databases, public records & social media)
• Assign and coordinate cases to investigators
• Monitor investigations for quality and provide client updates
• Proofread reports
• Invoicing
• Support client growth and retention

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of surveillance experience
• Florida C or CC private investigator’s license or adjuster’s license
• Experience as a Case Coordinator or any combination of education and surveillance experience demonstrating the competencies necessary to perform the essential job functions
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including early morning and weekends when necessary
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Outlook
• Looking for a team-player who doesn’t get easily overwhelmed
