Job description: I am supporting a Private Equity firm based in the City in the search for a new member of their Transactions Oversight team. You’ll be reviewing and approving complex capital calls, investigating cash breaks, and ensuring accuracy in client reporting and valuations.If you have circa 3-5 years of experience with the below, from a Private Markets / Third Party Administration background, this could be a great opportunity to develop your career; Key tasks include

• Approval of investor and investment cashflows, according to US GAAP standards with a view to move onto approving inputs from others.
• Entry and approval of investor and investment level static set ups, working proactively with front office teams.
• Investigation and resolution of queries from all internal stakeholders, administrators and investment managers
• Coordination of investor and investment level data for usage by other investment and IR professionals across the firm
• Produce and review analysis prepared by junior team members to assist with investment opportunities across Pantheon’s asset classes

Experience Sought

• Strong technical skills, with emphasis on Fund of Fund private equity (including equity, infrastructure and private debt)
• 4+ years’ experience in private markets
• Proficiency with Microsoft office tools; Excel, PowerPoint etc, knowledge of other data analysis and visualisation tools like Power BI / eFront beneficial
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to objectively analyse technical processes
