Then look no further – this could be the role for you!We are looking for a Privacy Business Partner with a commercial mindset to join our Privacy team in Copenhagen to support the commercial function in ensuring privacy compliance.We are looking for a Privacy Partner to support our commercial teams as they design and deliver digital customer experiences.In this role, you will work closely together with the commercial teams, product managers, UX designers and engineers, to embed privacy by design into the tools, platforms, and services that power our online and in-store experiences.We are looking for someone who can bring privacy thinking into the flow of product development and operational decision-making. You will help teams understand how to use customer data responsibly, navigate complex regulatory requirements, and build trust through transparency and good design.This role focuses on areas like customer facing AI technologies, website integrations, digital storefronts, checkout flows, loyalty programs, in-store technology, and operational data use in retail environments.You will be part of a collaborative, business-facing privacy function that’s embedded across the company. The ideal candidate is fluent in both privacy and the realities of a fast-paced, customer-centric product development.About the RoleYour work will not be limited to only the Commercial function, as you will also drive cross-functional privacy projects. The main part of the role is to ensure implementation of the strategic initiatives defined in Pandora’s privacy strategy. This includes being responsible for driving larger privacy projects end-to-end, including having the responsibility for scoping, planning, execution and reporting.You will be involved in:
To succeed in the role as a Privacy Business Partner you need to have both a compliance mindset and a business mindset. You need to understand the business requirements as well as the privacy requirements to be able to find the best solutions for Pandora, and should therefore independently and proactively work with the business to understand business priorities.
