Job description: Job DescriptionThe BA – Supply Chain Planning is responsible for delivering Supply Chain solutions that meet the needs of the business as we deliver our strategy. This role will partner with the Supply Chain team to ensure the seamless implementation, integration, and optimisation of technology.Main Responsibilities:
- Support and develop reliable and efficient technology solutions for the supply chain function.
- Ensure platforms bring automation and improved efficiency to business process enabling maximum return on investment.
- Build relationships with the supply chain team ensuring good collaboration.
- Stay ahead of advancements in technologies and methodologies, introducing innovations as needed.
- Develop plans for improved governance and management of supply chain master and transactional data
- Build documented functional and technical specifications for supply chain applications
- Audit existing implementations of finance and supply chain systems making recommendations for improved deployment and utilisation in the business
THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APARTExperience and SkillsMust-Haves:
- Experience of configuring and supporting supply chain planning solutions in Blue Yonder planning tools
- ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Expertise experience integrating BY planning tools into a wider enterprise technology architecture including ERP, D&A platforms
- Experienced in building functional and technical specifications for integrated solutions across technologies
- Experience of supporting supply chain processes including
- Supplier management
- Product data management
- Purchase order management
- Freight management
- Demand and supply planning
Soft Skills:
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to think both short and long term.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, both technical and non-technical: demonstrating the ability to work with Supply Chain business teams.
