As the Principal Product Manager for Maestro, you’ll lead a team of Product Managers to drive its vision, strategy, and execution. Maestro enables organizations to streamline complex agreement workflows, integrate with third-party systems, and ensure compliance through automation.This role will be responsible for defining product strategy, prioritizing roadmaps, collaborating with engineering and design, and engaging with customers to ensure Maestro delivers best-in-class automation capabilities. You’ll work with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to launch new agreement automation use cases to customers. The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS product management, ideally experience designing and building no-code tools for non-technical audiences (e.g. citizen developers), and a strong track record of leading product teams to deliver innovative solutions.This position in an individual contributor role reporting to the VP, Product Management.ResponsibilityDefine and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Docusign Maestro, ensuring alignment with overall company goalsLead and mentor a team of 3-5 Product Managers, fostering a culture of customer obsession, innovation, and data-driven decision-makingCollaborate closely with engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to bring high-impact product features to marketGather customer feedback, conduct market research, and analyze usage data to identify opportunities for improving Maestro’s capabilitiesPrioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing short-term execution with long-term visionPartner with business stakeholders to drive adoption, go-to-market strategies, and customer success initiativesRepresent Maestro in internal and external engagements, evangelizing its value to customers, partners, and industry analystsJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required.
