We ensure diversity is celebrated for the opportunity it provides us all to learn and grow and deliver better outcomes for members.Your new roleThe Principal, Member Vendor Relationships is pivotal to ensuring the seamless integration of third party services across the member service chain to deliver exceptional outcomes and requires strong collaboration with business owners to strategically deliver ongoing improvements across the service delivery model. The primary purpose is to:· Foster and maintain strong strategic relationships across the vendors that provide member services and critical operations.· Ensure third-party governance is conducted in accordance with the AustralianSuper Third Party Management Framework including oversight and management of the relevant Member third party service providers.· Services are delivered in accordance with agreed terms and service issues addressed promptly.· Change management is controlled across the vendor service chain.
What you’ll need· At least 10 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management or similar field where multiple vendors are part of the service value chain. Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable.· Strong proven analytical and problem-solving skills· Ability to set a clear vision and inspire teams across different functions to work towards common goals.· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in contract management and performance monitoring tools.· Proficiency in fostering a collaborative environment where team members from various departments can work together seamlessly.· Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop innovative solutions to solve problems.· Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and new challenges.· Ability to manage and resolve conflicts that may arise between different functional areas and delivery partners ensuring outcomes are achieved.· Understanding of the technical tools and systems used within the organization to streamline processes and improve efficiency.· Ensuring that the shared services model aligns with and supports the overall customer experience and satisfaction.· Ability to think strategically and see how parts interact with the whole (i.e. big picture thinking, across people systems, process & data) so that shared services can successfully support the broader business objectives.Life at AustralianSuperAustralianSuper is committed to colleague development, and we support our people with ongoing learning, coaching and training, as well as career opportunities across our expanding global organisation.
