Job description: The Principal Lean Manufacturing Lead will be leading the site in all things lean and continuous improvement, working directly with the NAM and site leader. Running all things Kaizen, Lean and Value steam mapping, as well as optimizing all processes in the facility. Working with the other teams on site to run diagnostics to find the next project to work on.Principal Lean Manufacturing Lead:

• Run Kaizen events
• Work with teams across the facility to run diagnostics for which areas of the plant need the biggest improvements
• Working with site director on a day to day
• Have a great personality to communicate with others
• Working with Lean tools: SMED, 6S, Value Steam Mapping, etc.
• Work on getting high productivity savings
• Hit the ground running!!

• B.S. & Six Sigma Green Belt minimum
