to view the Position Description.He kōrero mōu: About youAs an ideal candidate for this role, you will possess a high proficiency in professional civil and/or environmental engineering, with subject matter expertise in contracts, contract management, and risk management. Ideally you will have at least 10-15 years’ experience in managing relevant 3-waters construction projects or relevant horizontal infrastructure projects.You should have strong project and programme management skills, excellent communication abilities including presenting and public speaking, and the capability to train and mentor others. Additionally, you will have strong interpersonal skills to engage and motivate the team, and a delivery-focused mindset to ensure key outcomes are achieved.We will also be looking for the following qualifications:
