Must have : Overall Exp – 10 year s Language : English proficiency is essenti al Cards Domain exp is a mu st Prior experience in Cards projects & Platform Implementatio nsNice to have : TSYS or any other Cards Product/Platform experience – TS PRIME, TS2 or any equival entResponsibilit ies Building a strong understanding of end-to-end Cards domain & Functionalities within (eg. Collections, Payments, Interest Calculation, Instalments), user journeys & processes, their supporting technolog ies Work with end customer team(s) and internal TSYS colleag ues Accurately and efficiently elicit, challenge, and document scope, processes & requireme nts Producing high quality business and technical analysis deliverables, including but not limited to, functional and non-functional specifications, ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ process mod els Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the entire change lifecy cle Applying BA best practice and insights that challenge the business to think about the ‘right’ solut ion Building relationships and trust with senior stakeholders, understanding goals, objectives and desired outcomes, and bringing them on the journey of engagem ent Maintaining a close working relationship with Project Management, PMO, Product Manager and IT colleagues and working with t hem Along with your BA colleagues, implementing continual improvements to ensure that we are constantly evolving how we do Business Analy sis
