Job description: Job Purpose:The primary objective is to provide exceptional customer service to clients while efficiently managing procurement activities to support cargo and freight forwarding operations.Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Handle customer bookings, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
Source, negotiate, and procure goods and services required for cargo operations, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Generate and convert sales leads into potential customers and work on organic growth of existing client base.
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to fulfil procurement & pricing requirements efficiently.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies regarding documentation and record-keeping.
Ensure smooth and efficient movement of cargo from origin to destination, resolving any logistical challenges that may arise.
Operational excellence:
Coordinate logistics activities related to cargo operations
Identify opportunities for process enhancement to achieve operational excellence
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to customer transactions, shipments, and procurement activities.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in freight forwarding
Previous procurement experience in Logistic Industry is must.
Previous sales experience would be advantageous.
