Schedule: Monday-Friday overnight shift, 9:30 PM-6:30 AM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
2 week Training Provided: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AMWe’re hiring a Presentation Designer to join a dynamic in-house creative team. In this fast-paced role, you’ll develop high-impact presentation and design materials for internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time, onsite position offering a consistent 40-hour week and the opportunity to work on a variety of creative deliverables in a professional, high-expectation environment.If you thrive in a high-pressure creative environment and enjoy building compelling visual content that makes an impact-this could be the perfect role for you.Responsibilities:

• Intake and manage design requests, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction
• Create and edit presentations, brochures, infographics, and other collateral using MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Maintain brand integrity while producing visually compelling and cost-effective materials
• Manage multiple deadlines and work independently under limited supervision
• Apply feedback to continuously improve design quality and workflow efficiency
• Support deal teams with document production, maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Adhere to team procedures including attendance, time tracking, and security policies

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of professional experience in corporate presentation design
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Strong visual storytelling and infographic design experience
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Positive, professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to take feedback constructively and adapt quickly
• Degree in Graphic Design or Corporate Communications
• Familiarity with additional tools such as Dreamweaver, After Effects, Premiere, Photography, ArcGIS, 3D modeling, or animation is a plus
