Job description: Requirements:

• 2-3 years designing investor or marketing decks with proven portfolio links.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma & PowerPoint, including advanced animation and master slide skills.
• Sharp eye for typography, hierarchy, and color usage in high-stakes presentations.
• Ability to simplify technical ideas into clean, comprehensible visuals.
• Impeccable attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset.
• Motion graphics or video editing capabilities (Premiere, After Effects).
• Experience working with tech founders or Web3 projects.

Responsibilities:

• Translate briefs into visually stunning presentations in both Figma and PowerPoint.
• Create original infographics, iconography, and data visualizations that reinforce narrative flow.
• Maintain and evolve our master slide library, ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Execs to iterate swiftly on feedback.
• Optimize files for different delivery contexts (webinar, stage screen, PDF share).
• Keep abreast of design trends and tooling advances to continuously raise the bar.
